Upgrade to Disk OS 18

A Disk A3 or later
Before you update
In case of an update failure, you'll want to have a copy of your data. Back up your data first before you begin updating.

Updating
To download the update, go to Settings > General Settings > Updates. To begin downloading, press "Install Now". It will take some time for the update to download.

When the update is finished downloading, you'll be asked if you want to install the update now or at a later time. If you want to install the update now, press "Update and Restart". If you want to do it at a later time, press "Schedule Update".

It will take some time for the update to apply. Once the update is applied, your Disk Phone is now running Disk OS 18.

If you have a problem updating your Disk Phone to Disk OS 18
There are some probable causes as to why you can't update below:

1. Your device may not be compatible
Disk OS 18 supports the Disk A3 or newer. If you're unsure of what model you have, navigate to Settings > General Settings > About Disk Phone (this may be About Phone on Disk OS 17 and older). You'll see your model under "Serial Number/Model".

2. You might not be connected to the Internet
You'll need an internet connection in order for the update to show up and be ready for download. A stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection will allow you to download and install the update.

3. Your device may not have enough available storage
Your device will need to have a certain amount of available storage in order for the update to download. Disk OS 18 requires at least 9GB of available space. To check how much storage is available on your device, navigate to Settings > General Settings > Storage.
